Returns and Exchanges
Need to Return or Exchange an item?
We proudly stand behind every product we sell. If you are unhappy with an item(s) you received, for any reason, we will gladly refund or exchange the item(s) and sales tax – minus the shipping charges – within 30 days of the delivery date.
All items returned to KenRick Golf Company must be unworn with all of the original tags attached and neatly folded in their original packaging.
Please carefully pack up your return, print and fill our return and exchange form and include it in the box with your return. If you are exchanging, please indicate on the form the new item you would like to receive. Please be sure to keep a copy for your records. Mail your return to the address on the return form. Each of our belts are under 13oz. and can be shipped in a plain box via USPS FIRST CLASS to get the best shipping rate. We recommend you add tracking (if not included) when mailing your return. KenRick Golf Company is not responsible for returns lost during shipping.
Incorrect or Damaged Item
In the unlikely event we processed your order incorrectly or shipped you a damaged or defective item(s), we will gladly replace the item(s) to remedy the situation. Please contact customer service toll free at 1-844-682-7070 or email us at email@example.com to receive a return authorization code and a pre-paid return postage label via email for your exchange. Please note that you may be asked to provide photos of damaged items to us via email at firstname.lastname@example.org prior to authorization.
KenRick Golf Company online store only accepts orders that are billed and shipped to locations in the United States (excluding APO/FPO, and P.O. Boxes). We regret that we are unable to ship to international addresses at this time and apologize for any inconvenience.
